£39 a month. Everything included.
One price per location for the tap tag on your counter, the loyalty cards in your customers’ wallets and the answers on your phone.
First month free. No setup fee. No card details. No contract.
Unlimited customers · Unlimited stamps · Cancel anytime
One plan. However many customers walk through the door.
per month, per location
First month free.
£39 a month, or £390 a year - two months free.
Each location gets its own ready-to-use tap tag. Run one loyalty programme across all your locations, so customers can collect a stamp in one shop and redeem it in another.
Try it for a month, free. Then decide with your own numbers.
Your free month begins when you activate the tap tag, not when you order it. We do not ask for payment details.
01. Put it on the counter
Your tap tag arrives ready. Activate it when you are ready and your free month begins.
02. Watch what happens
See who came back, who is close to a reward and which regulars have started going quiet.
03. Decide if it earns its place
If TapReward is worth its £39, subscribe from your dashboard.
If it is not, do nothing. Stamp collection pauses and you are not charged.
After the free month, billing is monthly through Stripe. TapReward is not currently VAT registered, so £39 is the whole bill.
Cancel later from your dashboard and you will keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Your customer list remains yours to export whenever you want it.
Everything included means everything.
One plan. No feature gates, customer limits or surprise upgrade conversations.
The tap tag that turns up ready
A polished acrylic tap tag for your counter. No battery, no Wi-Fi and no maintenance. One tap tag can serve every customer who walks through the door.
Your card in their wallet
A loyalty card carrying your name, colours and reward, saved into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet beside their bank card.
Customers enter one email address on their first visit. After that it is simply tap, stamp, done.
The number a stamp card cannot give you
See how many customers actually came back and how often, rather than only counting how many stamps were handed out.
The customers closest to returning
See who is one visit away from a reward. They are the customers most likely to come back with the right nudge.
The regulars going quiet
Spot customers who used to visit regularly but have not been back recently, before they disappear completely.
A reason to come back
Send opted-in customers a timely email when they are close to a reward or starting to drift.
Safe access for your staff
Staff can redeem rewards using a separate login. They cannot see customer information, settings or billing.
Anti-fraud you can see
Single-use tap codes and a visit cooldown stop repeat stamps. Your dashboard shows every blocked attempt.
Unlimited use and human support
No limits on customers, stamps, rewards or email nudges. If you need help, email James, the founder. He answers.
Will it earn back its £39?
£39 is only good value if TapReward helps create more than £39 in extra sales.
Use your own numbers below. During the free month, your real repeat-visit data will begin replacing the estimate.
This is an estimate, not a promise. Your dashboard shows what your real customers actually do.
The mechanics behind those sliders are well studied.
- Café stamp-card customers bought more often as their free coffee got closer, completing cards about 16% sooner than their starting pace implied. Kivetz, Urminsky & Zheng, 2006
- Customers who redeemed a reward spent 17.5% more a week in the month that followed. Taylor & Neslin, 2005
- A 5% improvement in retention has been shown to lift profits by 25% to 95%. Harvard Business Review, 2014, citing Bain & Co

Straight answers before you start.
When do I pay anything?
Your first month is free and we do not ask for card details. At the end of the month, you choose whether to subscribe. TapReward cannot charge you automatically because it does not have your payment information.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. £390 per location per year - twelve months for the price of ten. The free month still comes first, and you choose monthly or annual when you subscribe from your dashboard. You can switch between the two at your next renewal.
How long does the first visit take?
About 15 seconds, on the customer’s own phone. They tap the tag, type one email address, and the card saves straight into Apple or Google Wallet. It is not an account - there is no password, no form and nothing to confirm. One email, once. Every visit after that is a single tap.
Is VAT added?
No. TapReward is not currently VAT registered, so £39 is the complete monthly bill.
Do I pay more as my customer list grows?
No. It remains £39 per location whether you have thirty customers or three thousand. There are no limits on stamps, rewards or email nudges.
The only thing that changes your bill is adding another location.
What happens if I cancel?
Stamp collection pauses at the end of the period you have paid for. Your customers cards and stamp history are not deleted.
On the annual plan, your access runs to the end of the year you have paid for.
If you return later, you can continue where you left off.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. You are the data controller and TapReward processes the information for you.
You can export your customer list as a CSV whenever you want. Email nudges are only sent to customers who have opted in.
What if the tap tag is lost or damaged?
We will post a replacement free of charge. The tap tag itself holds no customer data, so nothing is lost. The replacement connects to your shop and the old tap tag stops working.
How does pricing work with multiple locations?
It is £39 for each location. Every location receives its own tap tag, but the loyalty programme works across all of them.
A customer can collect a stamp in one location and redeem their reward in another.

Try it for a month, free.
You will know if it is working.
